Apartment 1 south is very sunny and calm.

From the balcony (east and south side) you have a wonderful view of the Gschnitz valley.

The living area is 65 m² and  is divided into 2 double bedrooms, a living-kitchen area, a bathroom with shower and bath tub as well as a separate toilet.  

Additionally, one of the two bedrooms is furnished with a convertible sofa.

The living-kitchen area is equipped with a kitchen unit (refrigerator, stove, oven, sink, extractor fan, dishwasher, kettle, coffee machine, dishes and cutlery), sitting area, sofa and SAT-TV.
